At Bio Fettle, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 10 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy and applicable law.
The cancellation period begins on the date you receive the goods, or on the date a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund if the return meets the applicable requirements.
We will issue an eligible refund no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods.
Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will not be charged a separate fee for processing the refund.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The goods were purchased within the applicable return period;
- The goods are unused and unopened;
- The goods remain in their original packaging;
- The goods are returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received; and
- You provide proof of purchase or order information when requested.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above or that are otherwise not eligible for return under applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- Products that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date;
- Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery; and
- Products that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used dietary supplements may not be eligible for return or refund unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise subject to a legally required remedy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@biofettle.com.
Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that helps us evaluate the issue.
We will review the situation and, where applicable, provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, refund, or other resolution in accordance with applicable law.
Returning Goods
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Bio Fettle, you are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning goods.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service when returning products. Bio Fettle cannot be held responsible for products that are lost or damaged during return shipment when the return is arranged by the customer.
We may be unable to issue a refund until we receive the returned goods or receive adequate proof of return delivery.
Gifts
If a product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, any eligible refund may be issued as a gift credit or other appropriate form of credit, where applicable.
If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any eligible refund will generally be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
